Johor Bahru, a city full of history being covered up as palimpsests. This site analysis unearths what lied beneath the surface of modern JB to reintroduce them in the potential response of the given site.
Project 1B | A Preliminary of an Arabesque of Heritage
A continuation of Palimpsests, whereby reviving the sense of place through responding to surrounding contexts and its history, tying together with programs that revolve around the culture and performing arts.
Project 1C | An Arabesque of Heritage
The culmination of research and development of the programs, response to surrounding context and the design of the building.
